Our clinic is outfitted with latest advances in diagnostic technology allowing us to better examine and find the true cause of your pain or identify the exact tissues injured. Each test or exam allows us to better implement a treatment plan that is more specific, and thus ultimately leads to quicker recovery times. Diagnostic testing offered includes x-ray, computer range of motion testing, surface electromyography, spinal thermography, bio-impedence testing, orthopedic examination, neurological examination, muscle testing, and functional exams.

Numerous Treatment Options
With the number of treatment options available to each doctor at our clinic, we are able to implement specific individualized treatment plans that meet each patient's individual needs. We offer different chiropractic manipulative treatments from manual manipulation to use of the Activator. We also have a full array of therapy modalities including interferential, ultrasound, microcurrent, intersegmental traction, and many soft tissue mobilization techniques. What a New Patient Can Expect
After making that first appointment, you can expect the following to occur. At all times each patient is encouraged to ask questions to become knowledgeable about their own health care.

Initial Paperwork -- Upon showing up at our office, you will be welcomed and given some introductory paperwork that will include the following; (1) Patient data form that includes name, address, etc, (2) Health history form that asks questions about your current and past health, and (3) Financial policy which we ask that you read and sign as it outlines our billing procedures. We ask that you bring with you any recent x-rays and a list of medications you are currently taking. Filling out the paperwork usually takes about 10-20 minutes. Help is available from our staff if you have difficulty reading or writing.

Initial History -- After completing the paperwork, each new patient will be taken to an examination room where a therapist will perform an initial history and obtain vital signs such as height, weight, and blood pressure. After reviewing the initial paperwork and history, a doctor will complete a thorough history. If we are unable to help you, we will let you know and refer you to an appropriate doctor. If it is determined that we may help you, the doctor will determine what further examination and diagnostic techniques must be performed to find the cause of your condition.

Examination and Diagnostic Services -- All patients will have a thorough examination performed that will include palpation, postural analysis, range of motion testing, and necessary orthopedic and neurological tests. If needed further testing may be performed such as x-rays or surface electromyography, etc. After a complete examination, your doctor will discuss your condition and report all his/her findings to you and then offer appropriate treatment options.

Treatment -- The doctor will then implement a specific individualized treatment plan utilizing any of the treatment options listed above. Throughout the treatment plan, your doctor will chart your progress and adjust the treatment plan accordingly to provide a complete recovery.
